Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Engineering Manager will lead and mentor engineering teams, manage software development projects, and ensure successful project integration. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, balancing technical and managerial tasks, facilitating team collaboration, and adhering to high standards of code quality and engineering performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong background in Software Development with expertise in coding practices, debugging, and software lifecycle management.
• Experience with system Integration and working with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in the retail industry and knowledge of agile methodologies are desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site dynamic and fast-paced environment.
