Job Description
- Responsible for design and development of embedded flash macros using SST Superflash technologies
- Responsible for block analog circuit design, logic design, and full-chip simulation
- Responsible for EMIR verification and parasitic extraction
- Support the testing and silicon validation
Requirements/Qualifications
- Basic understanding of circuit design (RC circuits, Kirchoff's Law, frequency response)
- Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics and Process preferred
- Knowledge of analog circuit design is a positive
- Knowledge of script language (Perl, Python, Tcl, etc.) is a plus
- Familiar to layout is a plus
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
