Job Description
- Embedded SRAM logic and circuit verification with internal tool/kit
- Sanity check of embedded SRAM deliverables
- In-house design/verification kits development
- Memory BIST generation and verification
- SRAM timing library characterization
Requirements/Qualifications
Key Competency / Skill Requirements:
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of digital RTL design, logic synthesis and STA flow
- Programming languages: Perl, Shell script, Tcl, Makefile, SKILL
- Hands-on tools: NC-Verilog, Design Compiler, PrimeTime, Hspice, Finesim, Virtuoso
- Good understanding of NLDM and CCS/CCSN format
Education & Experience Required
BSEE with 4 years job related experience ; MSEE with 2 years job related experience
