Job Title: Engineer, Advanced Quality Planning (AQP - Expanding Plant)
Location: Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen (Daily Bus from Hanoi and Hai Duong)

About The Role
We are seeking an
Engineer, AQP to join our team in Hung Yen. In this role, you will collaborate with supervisors and department managers to implement Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) processes, ensuring operational excellence in quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and deploy CSR requirements into quality activities.
- Participate in P-FMEA teams and develop quality documentation (control plans, standards, inspection instructions).
- Coordinate PPAP implementation.
- Lead qualification tasks for new product introduction (NPI) and product transfers to stabilize processes before mass production.
- Develop and execute Safe Launch plans.
- Attend quality meetings with internal teams and customers; analyze defects, manage abnormality reports, and follow up on customer complaints.
- Support trial runs, product transfers, and new product development.
- Contribute to achieving quality and delivery goals for the department.
- Ensure compliance with company standards on:
- 6S & Kaizen
- Environmental Health & Safety
- RBA & Social Responsibility
- Protection of company assets
- Support Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S systems by following policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: College degree or higher
- Preferred: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Required: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing
- Preferred: Experience in Engineering or Quality
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of engineering and quality in manufacturing processes
- Good English communication and reporting skills
- Document creation proficiency
- Understanding of measurement concepts and GD&T ability to use 3D measuring equipment is a plus
- Training, coaching, and basic management & Kaizen skills
- Operation of quality inspection machines and instruments
- Familiarity with ISO, 7 QC tools, 6 core tools; MSA knowledge is a plus
