Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain, improve, and ensure the compliance of our quality management system (QMS) in line with ISO standards and company policies. The role will play a key leadership role in internal audits, external audit coordination, QMS optimization, and QS related documentation, supporting the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
Education & Experience
- 35 years of experience as a Quality System Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing, electronics, or technology company.
- BS in Quality Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven experience in leading internal audits and coordinating external ISO audits is mandatory.
- Familiarity with QMS documentation control, 8D approach, and quality audit methodologies.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001, IATF 16949 or TL9001 is required
- Familiar with FMEA/MSA/SPC and related quality tools
- Problem-solving skills with root-cause address and continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good teamwork sprit and self-driven under pressure
- Risk assessment ability to make decisions for touch cases
- Fluent English spoken and written

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
