Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement quality standards, control plans, and process improvements.
- Monitor SPC, FMEA, and conduct audits (customer, ISO, internal).
- Handle customer complaints, coordinate CAR, and lead improvement projects.
- Collaborate with production, QA, engineering, and external parties.
- Prepare and present reports, provide guidance to team, and ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
- Education: BS in Engineering/Sciences (Optics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role at an international manufacturing company.
- Skills: Strong knowledge in process control and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 5Whys, ISO 9001).
- Language: English proficiency required.

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
