General Qualifications
To be assigned to R&D engine production and engine projects within Baykar Technologies;
- Graduated from relevant Engineering Faculties (preferably Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering),
- Knowledgeable about project management processes (PMI methodology), including scope, budget, resource, and schedule management,
- Experienced in project management processes, particularly in scope, budget, resource, and schedule control,
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in project management,
- Preferably holding a PMP or equivalent project management certification,
- Proficient in MS Office programs and familiar with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.),
- Preferably experienced in ERP systems,
- Fluent in English,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- A good team player with excellent communication skills,
- Able to adapt to an intense workload and dynamic working environment.

Job Description
- Support project managers in planning project scope, budget, and schedule,
- Monitor project activities, track implementation, and report actual progress,
- Take responsibility in resource, cost, and budget management processes,
- Maintain effective communication with relevant teams, suppliers, and stakeholders,
- Prepare project progress reports and present them to management,
- Coordinate subcontractors and business partners to ensure efficient process execution,
- Take an active role in risk and issue management processes,
- Develop improvement proposals to increase the efficiency of project management processes,
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and project records to ensure audit readiness.
