Dealer Engagement & Incentive Manager – VinFast
We are looking for a
Dealer Engagement & Incentive Manager who can drive impactful engagement across our dealer network through strong
content strategy, internal communications, and event execution.
This role requires someone who is both
strategic and hands-on—capable of turning business goals into actionable plans, while also crafting compelling content that motivates and aligns our dealer ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Engagement Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive dealer engagement plans aligned with business objectives
- Translate commercial targets into clear, actionable programs with defined timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution across the network
- Content Strategy & Development (Core Focus)
- Lead the development of content strategy from umbrella concept/tagline → content pillars → content angles → execution roadmap
- Plan and manage content calendars for campaigns, monthly and quarterly initiatives
- Create and oversee high-quality content (messaging, articles, scripts, key visuals direction)
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all internal and dealer communications
- Event & Activation Management
- Conceptualize and execute engagement programs such as sales contests, incentive campaigns, dealer conferences, kick-offs, and recognition events
- Manage end-to-end event execution: concept, content, operations, and participant experience
- Ensure all events effectively reinforce strategic messages and drive motivation
- Incentive Program Design & Management
- Design and implement incentive schemes aligned with business goals
- Monitor program performance and optimize based on data and dealer insights
- Ensure transparency, clarity, and attractiveness of all incentive mechanisms
- Budget Management & Performance Tracking
- Plan and manage budgets across engagement, content, and event initiatives
- Track spending and ensure cost efficiency while maximizing impact (ROI)
- Evaluate program effectiveness against defined KPIs
RequirementsRequirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in internal communications, content strategy, event management, or trade marketing
- Strong content capability (must-have):
- Proven ability to build structured content frameworks (umbrella → pillars → angles → execution)
- Strong storytelling and writing skills with clear, logical thinking
- Experience in organizing medium to large-scale events and activations
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to:
- Build plans from objectives to execution
- Manage timelines and ensure delivery
- Experience in budget planning and management
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
