Job Description
1. Build and Develop Employer Branding
- Coordinate design and manage recruitment brand image (online & offline) across all channels.
- Create content, develop new ideas, and produce video clips to attract candidates.
- Manage and operate recruitment channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo, Website, and others to ensure alignment with BVBank's long-term branding objectives.
- Collaborate with vocational schools, universities, and colleges to organize events, job fairs, and recruitment activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
2. Talent Sourcing
- Coordinate and implement recruitment processes in line with BVBank's requirements for various positions.
- Manage and support recruitment activities: posting job announcements, receiving applications, screening, scheduling interviews, notifying unsuccessful candidates, and onboarding successful hires.
- Develop ideas and design programs to build talent pipelines for different positions.
3. System Operations and Data Analysis
- Operate and continuously improve recruitment websites and software.
- Process, store, and update candidate information.
- Generate HR data reports as requested by management.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and employer branding programs.
4. Internal Communication
- Collaborate with departments to organize internal events and activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education/Certification:College degree or higher in Marketing, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking/finance.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of communication, advertising, and talent pipeline programs.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.
Skills:
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Logical and creative thinking.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
