Job Description

Navigos Search is partnering with a fast-growing product technology company to look for an Employer Branding Manager who will lead the strategy and storytelling behind the company's employer brand. This role plays a key part in shaping how the company attracts top talent by building compelling narratives around its people, culture, and products, while working closely with Talent Acquisition and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employer Branding Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Employer Branding strategy aligned with the company's overall brand positioning.
  • Build and refine the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and People Brand narrative.
  • Define messaging and content direction across recruitment marketing channels.

2. Employer Brand Content & Storytelling

Manage and develop employer branding communication channels, including:

  • Recruitment fanpage
  • LinkedIn
  • Career page
  • Talent communities

Lead storytelling initiatives around:

  • People and culture stories
  • Product and project highlights
  • Employee growth journeys
  • Internal activities and company life

3. Recruitment Campaigns

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment marketing campaigns, including:

  • Hiring campaigns for key positions
  • Campus and early talent programs
  • Communication for talent initiatives and programs

4. Employer Brand Assets

Develop and manage key employer branding assets such as:

  • People Brand Kit
  • Employer Brand Guidelines
  • Storytelling framework and proof points

Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all people-related communications.

5. Visual & Creative Management

Manage and guide the Graphic Designer within the People team, ensuring high-quality visuals for employer branding and people communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining creative concepts and visual direction
  • Managing the design pipeline
  • Ensuring visual consistency across all people-related content

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with multiple teams including:

Talent Acquisition

  • Recruitment campaigns
  • Talent pipeline development

Employee Experience

  • Culture storytelling
  • Internal communications

Community & Engagement

  • Culture initiatives and internal events

Marketing / Design / Video teams

  • Content and visual production

Requirements

Experience

  • 36 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or related fields
  • At least 23 years in a similar role
  • Prior experience in technology companies, startups, or scale-up environments is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong storytelling and narrative building ability
  • Experience developing content strategies
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
  • Ability to manage creative production (content & design)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Mindset

  • Understands how to attract talent in technology environments
  • Sensitive to people and culture stories
  • Proactive, creative, and able to build initiatives from scratch
