This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employer Branding Intern based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The intern will support the development and execution of employer branding strategies with a focus on showcasing the company's culture and values. Responsibilities will include assisting in creating recruitment marketing materials, content for social media and career websites, and collaborating on campaigns to attract top talent. Administrative tasks and coordination with other departments will also be part of daily activities.

• Strong understanding of Employer Branding concepts and proven interest or experience in recruitment marketing
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with Marketing and Recruiting processes to create aligned messaging
• Proficiency with content creation tools and social media platforms is a plus
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields
