JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement Employer Branding initiatives to enhance the company's image in the talent market.
Produce and manage communication content (articles, images, videos) that reflects the company's culture and core values.
Manage and optimize the company's presence across recruitment channels, social media platforms, and related communication platforms.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment/EB events such as job fairs, university activities, and networking events.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop accurate job descriptions, source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multiple channels and proactive sourcing methods.
Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
Support Internal Communication activities to strengthen employee engagement and promote company culture.
Assist in organizing internal events (monthly/quarterly activities, celebrations, company trips) and prepare related reports when required.
Carry out other tasks as requested by the HR Manager.
REQUIREMENT
12 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Communications, or Human Resources.
Experience in content creation and social media management.
Practical recruitment experience, including CV screening, interview scheduling, drafting job descriptions, and coordinating with Hiring Managers.
Experience participating in internal events or Employer Branding activities is a strong advantage.
Proactive, creative, open-minded, and willing to learn and adopt new knowledge to enhance professional skills.
