Role Description
We are seeking an Employer Branding Assistant (Freelancer) to support the planning and execution of outward-facing communications. This role will focus on shaping how the organization is represented to external audiences, including candidates, partners, and the wider public.
Please note that this is a project-based freelance position.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content calendars for external platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Career site, TikTok, and Threads.
- Translate communication objectives into engaging, platform-specific content formats.
- Write clear, compelling copy tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Create or coordinate visual assets such as social posts, banners, and basic design.
- Create short-form video content (concepting, scripting, editing, or coordination) for TikTok.
- Publish, schedule, and optimize content across platforms
- Adapt content formats and messaging to platform best practices and trends
- Track engagement and performance metrics (reach, clicks, views, applications)
- Use insights to optimize content formats, timing, and creative direction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital communications.
- Up-to-date with social media and content trends; able to translate trends into effective branded content.
- Strong writing skills and visual sensibility.
- Basic experience with design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Threads content formats.
