Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Employee Relations & Labour Law specialist to manage complex employee cases and workplace issues in Vietnam.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in handling real employee situations — from misconduct and investigations to terminations and disputes — and can partner closely with HR and business leaders to make sound, practical decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end employee cases (misconduct, grievances, poor performance, disputes)
- Advise HR and leaders on disciplinary actions, suspensions, and terminations in line with the Vietnam Labour Code
- Lead or support workplace investigations and ensure proper documentation
- Handle employee disputes, complaints, and escalations
- Partner with HR to ensure decisions are legally sound and practically workable
- Strengthen internal processes, policies, and documentation standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labour Law, or HR Legal
- Strong experience handling real employee cases end-to-end
- Solid knowledge of the Vietnam Labour Code
- Confident working with HR and business leaders on sensitive issues
- Able to balance legal risk with business needs
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
