ABOUT THIS ROLE:

If so, you might just be the right piece of GEEK Up's vibrant puzzle. We're looking for an Employee Engagement Executive someone who brings both creativity and operational clarity into everything they do. As an Employee Engagement Executive, you'll be at the heart of our internal experience.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Employee Engagement Activities:

  • Plan and organize meaningful internal events (team-building, meet-ups, workshop, ...).
  • Manage logistics and internal comms for each activity.
  • Proactively propose and initiate new ideas that improve the employee experience and strengthen belonging.

Employee Experience & Care

  • Observe and propose actions that care for both group and individual experience (e.g., birthdays, life milestones, onboarding...).
  • Design and execute caring touch points that show we walk the talk of our culture.

Internal Communication

  • Support in writing and publishing internal content (e.g., weekly magazines, updates, welcome notes).
  • Manage internal communication channels to ensure clarity and consistency.

REQUIREMENTS:

And here are a few captivating qualities that we are eagerly seeking in you, which will make you stand out from the rest:

  • At least 3 years of experience in organizing internal events or community engagement for groups 50+ people.
  • A strong interest in employee experience, company culture, and internal communication.
  • A creative mind with an operational mindset you're good at both coming up with ideas and executing them.
  • Good writing and visual storytelling skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders with care.
