Job Summary
The Employee Experience Intern supports the EX team in executing, collecting data for, and operating Employee Experience initiatives. The role focuses on learning by doing - assisting the EX Specialist in surveys, basic data analysis, digital enablement, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support EX Program Execution
- Assist in executing approved Employee Experience activities
- Support logistics for events, surveys, and onboarding sessions
- Help standardize documents and processes across Employee Life Cycle touchpoints
- Track progress and report on assigned activities
2. Support EX Measurement & Data Processing
- Assist in designing, distributing, and tracking response rates for EX surveys (Engagement, Pulse Survey, eNPS)
- Collect, clean, and consolidate HR data from multiple sources
- Support EX/HR dashboard operations and periodic reporting
- Help create basic data visualizations in Excel/Power BI
3. Support Digital Enablement & Process Optimization
- Support communications and training for employees using digital EX tools (HRMS, Portal, FaceID, etc.)
- Collect user feedback and summarize insights for the team
- Help build user guides and FAQs
4. Support Communications & EX Projects
- Support internal communications for EX programs (content, basic visuals)
- Take meeting notes, track milestones, and consolidate project progress
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Qualifications
1. Education
- 3rd/4th-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Data Science, or related fields
- Able to commit to at least 3 months of internship
2. Skills & Knowledge
- Intermediate or higher Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas); Power Query is a plus
- Familiarity with or genuine interest in Employee Experience/ HR Analytics
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and task management skills
- Good English reading comprehension for professional materials
3. Attitude
- Data-driven mindset, eager to learn, and proactive in asking questions
- Detail-oriented when handling data
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in HR/ Employee Experience
