ABOUT THE JOB

  • Analyze specified requirements for embedded automation testing projects
  • Design and implement test cases for component and system testing
  • Execute tests, retests, and regression tests on embedded systems
  • Evaluate and document test results, ensuring thorough archiving of work products
  • Create and manage bug tickets for identified issues
  • Approve component and system requirements specifications
  • Review test designs and implementations for compliance with standards
  • Identify and apply suitable tools for software test architecture development
  • Prototype and implement innovative ideas, particularly in testing methodologies
  • Ensure re-usability, applicability, availability, reproducibility, and quality of work results
  • Distribute information on detected errors, corrections, and lessons learned in a global context.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in embedded automation testing or related fields
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in computer science, electrical engineering, embedded electronics development, user interface and power electronics, software testing, and analytical evaluations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, Linux, Confluence, Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Python, Pytest, PyCharm, Git, Polarion, Teamcenter, and Enterprise Architect
  • You have an ability to synthesize information, work collaboratively, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
