We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to manage the end-to-end email strategy for our premium retail brands (4seating.com and seatcraft.com). Our products are high-quality home theater seats, and our customers value detail and professionalism. Your goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers through personalized email campaigns and automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Create, schedule, and send weekly email newsletters for multiple brands.
- Automated Flows: Build and optimize Automated Journeys such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart reminders, and Post-Purchase follow-ups.
- Segmentation: Group our customers based on their interests, what they have bought, and how they interact with our website.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze data (Open Rates, Click Rates, and Revenue) to improve future results.
- Content Collaboration: Work with our design and content teams to ensure all emails are visually appealing and match our brand voice.
Technical Requirements
- Platform Expertise: At least 3 years of experience using e-mail platforms such as Mailchimp, Cartstack, ConstantContact or Klaviyo. Klaviyo is highly preferred as that is our current system.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Direct experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Basic Technical Skills: Understanding of HTML/CSS for email design and experience with Google Analytics.
- English Proficiency: Ability to read and write professional English, as our primary market is international.
