About the role
We are seeking Electronics Engineers to design and integrate electronic subsystems into hardware products. This role focuses on microcontroller-based circuits, sensor integration, communication interfaces, and working at the intersection of hardware and firmware.
Key responsibilities
- Design electronic circuits including microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and communication modules
- Develop hardware architectures for embedded systems and IoT devices
- Collaborate with embedded engineers to define hardware-firmware interfaces
- Create PCB designs using Altium Designer or KiCad for prototype and production builds
- Perform component selection, BOM management, and cost optimisation
- Bring up new hardware, debug signal integrity issues, and validate designs against requirements
- Write hardware test plans and assist in EVT/DVT/PVT validation stages
- Contribute to electrical design reviews and support DFM activities with CM partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on electronics product development experience
- Strong experience with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, NXP, or similar)
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer or KiCad)
- Experience with communication protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, USB, CAN
- Good understanding of signal integrity, grounding, and noise reduction techniques
- Ability to read datasheets and application notes; strong troubleshooting skills
Nice to have
- Experience with FPGA or CPLD design (Xilinx, Intel/Altera)
- Knowledge of RF electronics or antenna design
- Exposure to RTOS-based firmware development
- Experience with JTAG/SWD debugging and hardware emulators
This is an on-site position paying up to VND48,000,000 per month.
