On-site supervision: directly supervise contractors during the installation of electrical systems (cabling, panels, lighting, and power distribution).
Supplier management & evaluation: work closely with equipment and service providers; evaluate supplier performance and technical capabilities to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness for the projects.
Electrical power: execute and oversee the setup of LV/MV stations, transformers, switchboards, and Motor Control Centers (MCC).
Control & automation: troubleshoot and fine-tune PLC programs (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Rockwell), VFDs, and sensors on the production lines.
Technical compliance: review electrical drawings (Single Line Diagrams) and ensure all work follows TCVN, safety standards, and food safety regulations.
Testing & commissioning: conduct I/O checks, motor rotations, and full system testing before handing over to the production team.
Requirements:
University degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation.
At least 5 years of experience in factory electrical projects (Food/FMCG sector is a plus).
Strong Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of Power Systems (cabling, load calculation, protection devices).
Strong at Control & Automation (reading logic, wiring control circuits, PLC troubleshooting).
Ability to negotiate and work effectively with technical suppliers.
Hard-working, willing to be on-site, and fully committed to relocating to Nghe An after 1 year.
English: Basic communication and ability to read technical manuals.
