Job Responsibilities
[Module related EE]
- E-fail FACA
- Sensor / substrate / flex IQC
- Project EE issue FA
- Involving a project design on Electrical
- Review/highlight design issue/concern on Electrical by DFM etc.
- Managing to remove electrical issue/concern by DOE etc.
- Involvement for the technical item for all electrical related components
- material design check, IQC, technical discussion with supplier
- Joining EE issue FACA.
[Test related EE]
- Test PCB design and validation
- DOE validation
- Tester hardware check
- Developing test related PCB board and its validation.
- Involving the electrical item of test machine. Technical discussion with PCB and tester venders.
- Joining a tester electrical issue FACA
- Supporting the electrical test items (Open/Short check, Resistance check, Current check, etc)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related background.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in EE
- Proficiency in English toeic 600 above (additional Japanese or Chinese skills are a plus).
