Electrical Engineering position.

Job Responsibilities
[Module related EE]
- E-fail FACA
- Sensor / substrate / flex IQC
Project EE issue FA
=> Involving a project design on. Electrical
- Review/highlight design issue/concern on Electrical by DFM etc.
- Managing to remove electrical issue/concern by DOE etc.
=> Involvement for the technical item for all electrical related components material design check, IQC, technical discussion with supplier.
=> Joining EE issue FACA
[Test related EE]
- Test PCB design and validation.
- DOE validation.
- Tester hardware check.
=> Developing test related PCB board and its validation.
=> Involving the electrical item of test machine. Technical discussion with PCB and tester venders.
=> Joining a tester electrical issue FACA.
=> Supporting the electrical test items(Open/Short check, Resistance check, Current check, etc). .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related background.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in English toeic 600 above (additional Japanese or Chinese skills are a plus).
