ABOUT JOB:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to support the design and delivery of large-scale Data Center projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and multidisciplinary coordination processes.

The role requires close collaboration with electrical engineers, BIM coordinators, and other disciplines to produce high-quality BIM deliverables throughout various project phases.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and maintain detailed Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM-related software.
  • Produce electrical layouts, power distribution systems, lighting systems, grounding, lightning protection, cable containment, and ELV system models.
  • Generate accurate drawings, schedules, quantities, and BIM deliverables from the BIM model.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve clashes using Navisworks or other coordination platforms.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards, and company BIM standards.
  • Coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Architecture, ICT, Security, and Fire Protection disciplines.
  • Support electrical engineers in design development and model updates.
  • Perform model quality checks and maintain model accuracy throughout project stages.
  • Assist in preparing BIM documentation and project deliverables for client submissions.
  • Support implementation of LOD requirements and data management standards.
  • Contribute to BIM workflows, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM Modeling for electrical systems.
  • Experience in Data Center, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial, High-Tech Manufacturing, Semiconductor, or Large Commercial Building projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM environments.
  • Good English communication (for international projects)
