About The Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Real Estate ValuationServices team. This internship offers valuable industry exposure and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Valuation Services

  • To undertake valuation assignments as part of a team
  • Valuation will include and will not be limited to valuation of assets, especially for residential & real estate property as and when required
  • Inspecting sites/ buildings and reviewing building information.
  • Conduct market research of all Valuation assignments across Vietnam, analyze and organize information for valuation purposes
  • Support in writing valuation reports and other consultancy reports including market advisory
  • Build up the internal database on Vietnam economic indicator and Real Estate market situation

About You

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
