EHS Supervisor ECCO Vietnam
Location: Bu Bng, Bnh Dng
Working days: Monday Friday (07:30 - 16:30)

ECCO Vietnam is seeking an experienced EHS professional to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment in our manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in workplace safety, environmental programs, ISO systems, and overall risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Safety
- Conduct safety inspections and identify risks.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver mandatory safety training and track compliance.
Fire Protection & Compliance
- Maintain full compliance with firefighting regulations and NFPA standards.
- Manage documentation and coordinate with maintenance vendors.
Environmental Management
- Monitor sustainability KPIs (energy, waste, water).
- Oversee waste and wastewater management.
- Support ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 implementations.
ISO & Risk Management
- Maintain ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 systems.
- Support property risk, emergency response, and business continuity processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, firefighting systems, and NFPA standards.
- Experience with wastewater treatment and waste management.
- English communication skills.
