Job Description Summary

Support the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and workplace security standards within a corporate banking environment. This role is suitable for early-career professionals who are eager to build hands-on experience in safety, compliance, and workplace operations, with on-the-job training provided.

About the Role:

  • Support day-to-day EHS activities, including safety inspections, audits, incident reporting, and compliance with local regulations and client standards.
  • Assist in coordinating workplace security activities such as access control, CCTV monitoring, and vendor coordination, in line with established procedures.
  • Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, training coordination, and basic incident response documentation.
  • Maintain EHS records, reports, and data (e.g. incidents, near misses, training logs) and assist in preparing periodic safety reports.
  • Provide basic technical or electrical backup support during technician absences (e.g. simple checks, coordination, escalation), with guidance and training provided.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Facilities, or a related field.
  • Ideally having minimum 1-2 years of experience in EHS or facilities exposure, with a strong interest in workplace safety, compliance, and risk management.
  • Basic technical or electrical knowledge & experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a structured corporate environment.
