Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), ESG, ISO14001, and RBA compliance activities to ensure factory operations comply with Vietnam legal requirements, customer standards, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Environmental & ISO14001 Management
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO14001 EMS system.
- Conduct internal EHS audits and follow up corrective actions.
- Maintain EHS procedures, records, legal registers, and environmental aspect assessments.
- Coordinate external ISO14001 audits and customer audits.
2. Safety & Risk Management
- Conduct risk assessments for machine setup, layout changes, chemicals, and factory operations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; follow up corrective actions.
- Conduct monthly EHS inspections and improvement follow-up.
- Support fire safety, electrical safety, contractor safety, and emergency response programs.
- Coordinate evacuation drills, chemical spill drills, and emergency exercises.
3. Chemical & Waste Management
- Ensure proper GHS labeling and Vietnamese MSDS availability.
- Conduct chemical safety training and monitoring.
- Coordinate hazardous waste disposal and maintain related records/manifests.
- Monitor waste segregation and environmental compliance.
4. Occupational Health & Radiation Safety
- Support occupational health programs and workplace environment monitoring.
- Manage X-Ray radiation safety activities including dosimeter tracking, training, reporting, and license renewal.
- Support first aid team management and emergency preparedness.
5. Legal Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare EHS reports required by government authorities.
- Update EHS legal requirements and coordinate implementation.
- Support inspections and audits from customers and authorities.
6. ESG & Sustainability
- Update monthly ESG/E-Metric data including waste, energy, and CO₂.
- Support sustainability improvement initiatives and reporting.
7. Training & RBA Compliance
- Conduct EHS orientation training for new employees.
- Coordinate annual safety training programs.
- Support RBA audits, corrective action follow-up, and compliance documentation.
8. Other Duties
- Support Facility & EHS improvement projects.
- Perform other EHS-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, or related field.
- 2–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO14001, RBA, chemical safety, and Vietnam EHS regulations.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Good English and Microsoft Office skills preferred.
