We are seeking a dedicated EHS Engineer to join LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (LMV) and champion occupational health, safety, and wellbeing in our world-class manufacturing environment. Core Responsibilities



  • Occupational Health Management & Clinic Operations
  • Act as Clinic Leader, coordinating with third-party providers to manage occupational health services and ensure high-quality clinical care for colleagues.
  • Manage the clinic room and its inventory, including first-aid equipment across the factories.
  • Implement global and local occupational health procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Lead OH programs, including pre-hire/fit-to-work assessments, medical surveillance, return-to-work processes, regular health checks, and industrial hygiene management.
  • Provide medical support for plant-level social activities, family days, play days, and other events.
  • Ergonomics, Health & Wellbeing Programs
  • Lead the deployment and implementation of ergonomics, health, and wellbeing programs across LMV.
  • Health & Safety Operations Activities
  • Serve as a business partner to operational areas, supporting daily EHS operations.
  • Assist in executing the EHS plan and evaluating its implementation in operational areas.
  • Support the application of policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions.
  • Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and conditions.
  • Support accident investigations, collaborating with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Deliver training on health and safety protocols and conduct audits to ensure compliance with organisational and governmental standards.
  • Analyse records of workplace injuries, illnesses, and absences to highlight concerns and prepare required regulatory reports.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the QEHS department.

  • Report and reflect local and global occupational health requirements to Site Leadership and the Global EHS Network.
  • Conduct workplace and equipment inspections to ensure conformance with legal and corporate requirements.
  • Support compliance with local and global EHS programs and regulations.
  • Deliver training to LMV colleagues and contractors.
  • Drive and role-model safety behaviours across the LMV organisation.

Do You Have What It Takes




  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local health and safety legislation, as well as European and global directives/standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certification in EHS systems (preferred).
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in occupational health and EHS operations within an international or multinational company (MNC).
  • Self-driven personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with local and global stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented, fact-based, and data-driven mindset with excellent logical/analytical skills, attention to detail, systematic thinking, and a sense of excellence.
  • Experience applying Kaizen, SPC, SGA/QC, or similar problem-solving methodologies.
  • Understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and their application.
  • No colour blindness.
