GENERAL INFORMATION
- Working location: Hiep Phuoc, Nha Be
- Working time: Monday to Friday, 2 (two) Saturdays every month
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Standard and Legal implementation
- Support WCM & EHS country manager to lead EHS, Site risk, sustainable (CO2, water, waste..), BCP, crisis via company tools/ programs/ standards/best practices to improve number of hours without accidents, minimum impact Environment (all company), achieved sustainable roadmap of company.
- Coordinate site EHS for reporting on GAIA, Power BI
2. Group/ country EHS objectives deployment
- Coordinate all sites to update EHS performance.
- Safety warning, best practice communication.
- Join the EHS community channel to get NEWS, information, guideline updating and transfer new requirements to the local team.
3. Auditing
Support EHS country manager for internal audit and coordinate with APAC/central team to implement audit program required such as: ISA, cross standard audit, legal, Site Risk, health and safety pillar -WCM
4. Reporting
- Coordinate site EHS for data report on Gaia, Site risk, Power PI system and ensure high quality and on time
- Consolidate country monthly EHS, SIP, budget reports.
5. Support EHS country, Site EHS to implement:
EHS day, EHS campaign, seminar, Diamond award, Dare to Care, Power To Stop
6. Support admin/HR to implement projects to reduce risk related Head office, non-operation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years as EHS in heavy industry.
- Technical Competencies: Technical engineering, EHS engineering
- Ability to practically comply with EHS standard, legal requirements.
- Ability to apply EHS risk assessment tools.
- Expertise in standard requirements.
- Ability to do root cause analysis
- Ability to motivate and influence people.
- Ability to develop good working relationships,
