Educational Counselor

Student World is an international Education & Migration Agency supporting students to study in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, USA and other international destinations. We provide professional support with course selection, applications, enrolment and visa processes.

Our international team operates across multiple countries, with our Head Office based in Australia.

We are looking for a full-time Education Counsellor to join our Ho Chi Minh City office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents.
• Recommend suitable courses, institutions and study destinations.
• Support students through applications and enrolment.
• Follow up enquiries and manage student pipelines.
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
• Build relationships with schools, English centres and education partners.
• Participate in seminars, events and student recruitment activities.

• Previous experience in education counselling or international student recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, counselling and sales skills.
• Confident working with students and parents.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Employment: Full-time, on-site

Working days: Monday–Friday
