JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Student Consultation & Enrollment:

  • Assist students through the enrollment process, addressing queries on programs, fees, and schedules.
  • Follow up with prospective students to facilitate enrollment.

2. Student Support & Record Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in our system.
  • Ensure all enrollment documents are complete and correct before courses commence.
  • Support students throughout their learning journey to enhance their overall experience.

3. Collaboration & Contribution:

  • Collaborate closely with other departments (Teachers, Student Care, Marketing) to enhance service quality.
  • Participate in enrollment events and promotional activities.
  • Report on work performance and recommend improvements for better recruitment outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Languages, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in student admissions or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Freshsale systems is a plus

WORK LOCATION: 218 Nguyen Van Huong, An Khanh Ward, HCMC

WORKING TIME: 9-6PM From Monday to Saturday
