Education Consultant / Senior Education Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Education Consultant / Senior Education Consultant role based in Ha Noi or Da Nang City, Vietnam. The role involves providing one-to-one educational counselling to students and families, advising on suitable study pathways, institutions, and programs across AUG's destination countries. The consultant will assist with completing and processing applications, coordinating with institutions, and supporting students with scholarship information, exam registration, visa procedures, and pre-departure arrangements. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, delivering excellent customer service at the office, and participating in events such as education fairs, seminars, and school visits. Senior consultants may additionally mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and support strategic initiatives to grow AUG's presence in the local market.

Qualifications

• Strong Educational Consulting and Education knowledge to guide students on study options and pathways.
• Demonstrated Consulting skills, including needs analysis, advisory work, and solution-focused guidance.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and student-centered support.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in international education, student recruitment, or admissions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in English; Vietnamese language skills are required, and additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, office software, and online communication tools.
