Role Description
In this role you will advise and close candidates who want to work or train in Germany. You are their main point of contact, communicating with them across every channel, managing each relationship in our CRM, and guiding them through to a signed contract.
Responsibilities
- Manage and advise inbound candidate leads from marketing channels (Facebook, Google, Zalo) and referrals.
- Give clear, transparent guidance on the pathways, requirements, costs, and risks of building a career in Germany.
- Assess candidate eligibility based on education, field of study, German level, and financial capacity.
- Move candidates through the funnel from first interest to signed agreement, maintaining strong conversion rates.
- Hand signed candidates over to the admissions and document teams, and keep pipeline status updated in our tracking system.
- Meet monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in sales or consulting.
- A transparent, candidate first approach. We do not sell through pressure.
- Self motivated and disciplined, comfortable working to targets.
- Some English for internal coordination and reading program materials.
Preferred
- Experience in study abroad or immigration consulting.
- Prior experience with Germany or the German labour market.

- 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month base salary
- Monthly commission of up to 25,000,000+ VND
