About the role
We'relooking for aVideo Editor as a core role, who is curious, hands-on, and happy to step into other parts of production when needed (videography, light photography).
This role sits inside ourin-houseproduction team [CRAFT], working closely with creatives, producers, and account teams.
This role is ideal for ajunior-level talent eager to work in a hybrid creative workflow, who enjoys hands-on crafting and using AI tools
You Have:
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in video editing (Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Videography).
- Proficiencyin Adobe After Effects (keyframes, motion graphics, compositing) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Ability to edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and ads, with an eye for pacing and storytelling.
- Sound design skills to integrate SFX and BGM effectively into your videos.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Basic experience in video shooting, camera setup, and lighting for high-quality footage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work proactively and independently.
Your primaryresponsibility:Editing &post-production
- Edit social, branded, and campaign video content with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
- Work primarily withAdobe Premiere Pro(or similar)
- UseAfter Effectsfor basic motion graphics, text animation, and simple visual effects
- Deliver final videos adapted to different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Apply feedback efficiently and collaborate with creative & producer teams
- Openness to learning and integrating AI tools (e.g., Photoshop AI, Adobe Sensei) to streamline workflows and improve quality.
Your hybrid contribution
1. Videography
When projects require it,you'llsupport shooting, especially on small or social-first productions.
- Assistor execute video shooting based on creative briefs
- Handle basic camera setups, framing, and lighting (indoor & outdoor)
- Capture clean, usable footagethat'seasy to edit
- Work comfortably with common production gear (camera, tripod, lights, mic)
- You'renot a full-time videographer, butyou'reconfident enough to step in when needed.
2. Photography
- Support shoots withbasic photographywhenrequired(events, BTS, simple content)
- Ensure photos match brand tone and creative direction
- No heavy retouching or art directionrequired- support level only
