Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The E-commerce Manager leads the entire E-commerce strategy and ensuring its proper implementation.
You will organize, motivate and supervise our E-Commerce team in order to achieve our brand's
objectives.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Building an E-commerce strategy specific for each brand and each E-commerce platform
- Have an excellenent knowledge and understanding of our brands portofolio
- Managing and supervising all of the E-commerce activities
- Set challenging sales targets, follow-up on a regular basis and adjust if needed
- Make detailed and accurate sales forecasts on a regular basis
- Analyze data and metrics in order to check results of campaigns, identify trends, measure performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaboratate with the Marketing team for campaigns content, promotions, activities, digital, designs
- Collaborate with other Sales teams departments to ensure a smooth representation of our brands through all Sales channels
- Present and explain activities reports to management on a regular basis
- Building and managing relationship with the e-commerce platforms
- Stay up to date with industry trends: make recommendations for new initiatives or improvements to existing ones
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok shops as a brand's representative, platform or agent
- Solid understanding of online and direct marketing programs
- Experience and knowledge in cosmetics products is a plus

- Project management skills, get-things-done attitude
- Technical know-how with ecommerce and digital strategy: SEO, google ads, social media,search, web-sites, blogs, etc.
- Passionate & able to work under pressure
- Fluent English
