SparkFoundry is seeking a passionate, data-driven ECommerce Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end eCommerce operations for our key clients. If you excel in fast-paced environments, bring strong analytical thinking, and are committed to delivering performance excellence, we'd love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the full end-to-end eCommerce process to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to implement, optimize, and elevate campaign outcomes.
• Develop, implement and monitor digital media plans aligned with ROAS targets and client KPIs.
• Build comprehensive eCommerce strategies and review sales performance on a regular basis.
• Partner with Pure Players to plan and deliver ads and strengthen performance in line with client objectives.
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Consistently meet deadlines, performance benchmarks, and evolving client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 4 - 5 years of eCommerce experience, ideally within digital agencies or relevant roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce trends and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage flexible working schedules & client timelines, and shifting requirements.
