Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee supplier teams in executing advertising campaigns, ensuring strict adherence to the deployment strategy. Continuously optimize campaign performance through data monitoring, regular meetings, and performance reviews.
  2. Deeply involve yourself in key areas such as keyword strategy, audience targeting, creative optimization, and A/B testing. Guide supplier teams to enhance advertising conversion efficiency.
  3. Monitor and analyze core business metrics (e.g., ROI, ROAS, CTR, CVR), and regularly produce operational analysis reports to provide data-driven support for business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive end-to-end business optimization, ensuring operational strategies align with overall company objectives.
  5. Localize and adapt mature e-commerce platform strategies to the specific characteristics of the Southeast Asian market. Explore and validate new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce platform operations. Practical experience with major Southeast Asian platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) is highly preferred. Familiarity with the advertising logic and operational strategies of platforms like Tmall, JD.com, or Taobao, and the ability to adeptly apply these to the Southeast Asian market, is a strong advantage.
  3. Proficient in advertising delivery and data analysis, with the ability to independently optimize ROAS and adjust campaign strategies.
  4. Excellent English communication skills, capable of using English as a working language for efficient collaboration with supplier teams. Must be willing to accept frequent business travel.
  5. Experience in managing suppliers and external partners, with the ability to set clear objectives and drive execution.
  6. Familiarity with the e-commerce market environments of specific countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Proficiency in a local language (e.g., Thai, Indonesian) is a significant plus.
