Ecombest is scaling globally and we need a Video Creative Execution to turn trends into winning ad formulas!
What you'll do:
- Analyze trending videos, customer insights & Ads data to replicate winning ideas.
- Write viral, high-converting short video scripts for US/EU markets.
- Assign tasks based on team strengths & train new members on scriptwriting.
- Build prompt templates & creative brief systems for speed and quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 2+ years in a similar role, strong data mindset & aesthetic sense.
- Good English, deep understanding of US/EU culture & holidays.
- Preferred: POD industry experience, AI-driven workflow.
