Supports local Engineering or R&D team write and submit ECR/ECO.
Work to related department (Global R&D team, Configuration Management team, Global Sustaining team, Local team (Engineer, Custom, Buyer, PMC, QA, Production, Warehouse, Finance, NPI) to drive ECR/ECO process.
Run ECO meeting in factory and follow up ECO implementation.
Update ECO master list and ECO tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and submit ECR/ECO.
Daily check & update ECR/ECO status.
Daily checking ECO implementation and record ECO tracking.
Quick response to any question related to ECO.
Coordinate to local team and ECO requester.
Hold ECO implementation meeting and ECO closing meeting.
Training ECR/ECO process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
25 years of experience in box build assembly, electro-mechanical integration, or contract manufacturing.
Spoken English is fluent, smooth writing.
Good communication skill and training skill.
Electronics factory relevant work experience, the power plant experience is preferred.
Positive attitude, a good concept of cost.
Problem-solving skill / Teamwork skill.
Use proficient SAP, Microsoft office.
Can read and understand technical document / technical drawing.
