In this role, you will be instrumental in Seats & Restraints Department, using your skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control, VINFAST's suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Design and Release Engineering:
- Oversee all development aspects to ensure compliance with VINFAST Engineering Requirements and adherence to product development timelines.
- Drive innovation and ensure the integration of cutting-edge technologies in seat and restraint systems.
Interior Development Leadership
- Lead the interior development team to deliver a best -in-class driving experience.
- Ensure the team meets all engineering requirements and development milestones.
Team Supervision
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-5 senior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
Global Project Stakeholder Management
- Navigate geographical challenges and collaborate effectively with global project stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across diverse teams and locations.
Requirements
- -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- -13+ years of experience in the automotive or related industries.
- -Proven experience in design and release engineering.
- -Extensive experience in various areas of interior development.
- -Proficiency in CAD, specifically CATIA
