In this role, you will be instrumental in the Attributes Department, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Support eBus DC design and engineering activities from concept through production.
- Develop and validate eBus DC to meet crash, NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness), stiffness, durability and mass targets.
- A dvise on joining technologies (welding, adhesive bonding, riveting, etc.), material selection (steel, aluminum, composites) and corrosion protection.
- Provide input into DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) to optimize designs for production efficiency and cost.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Design, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality and Suppliers.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for eBus DC related issues during prototype and production builds.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging materials, and technologies to ensure competitiveness and innovation.
- Lead or contribute to design reviews, FMEAs and engineering change processes related to eBus DC components.
- Support plant launch activities, including tooling buyoff, process validation and production ramp-up. .
Requirements
- 7+years experience in automotive or related industries.
- Experience on Ebus development
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering).
- Demonstrated agility in operating within matrix organizations and teams.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Highly organized
- Effective communicator and able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams from different areas of the company and with the key supplier.
- Motivational skills
- In-depth knowledge in Body engineering
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships.
- Demonstrate a high degree of resilience and ability to deal with high pressure situations using a logical data driven approach.
- Be accountable for delivery and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
