About the role:
The eB2C Campaign Executive supports the planning and coordinates the end-to-end execution of omnichannel initiatives across Modern Trade customers. The role translates agreed customer and commercial priorities into actionable activation plans, ensures timely and accurate deployment across relevant digital customer touchpoints, and drives digital shelf execution excellence. The role also tracks performance, monitors competitor activities, and captures actionable learnings to improve shopper engagement, customer execution, and commercial outcomes.
We are looking for a high-energy, proactive, and detail-oriented operator with a good understanding of Modern Trade customer operations and omnichannel shopper touchpoints. The successful candidate can coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage execution details, and convert agreed plans into high-quality, on-time customer activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Modern Trade Customer Campaign Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with GKAMs and KAEs to understand customer strategies, commercial priorities, and growth opportunities across MT customers.
- Partner with Brand and Trade Marketing teams to translate business priorities into customer-relevant omnichannel activation plans.
- Support the translation of annual and quarterly commercial priorities into actionable customer activation plans across Hypermarket, Supermarket, Minimart, and Convenience Store customers and their relevant digital touchpoints.
- Maintain consolidated annual, quarterly, and monthly activation calendars, including key milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and completion status.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, promotional mechanics, asset readiness, and execution requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign progress through structured follow-up, timely escalation, and proactive resolution of execution risks and gaps.
- Monitor in-market and digital execution to ensure activities are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time against agreed plans.
- Support post-activation reviews and capture key learnings for future improvements.
Digital shelf deployment & Execution Excellence
- Support the deployment of digital shelf excellence standards across customers, including assortment availability, product content accuracy, searchability, visibility, promotional compliance.
- Conduct regular execution checks, identify gaps, coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders, and track closure against agreed timelines.
- Consolidate execution performance and provide recommendations to improve customer activation effectiveness.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Consolidate campaign and activation performance data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Prepare regular reports, and execution updates for stakeholders.
- Monitor key KPIs and highlight risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Maintain activation trackers, execution databases, and documentation.
Competitor & Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities across digital commerce channels.
- Track competitor promotions, activation mechanics, assortment initiatives, pricing activities, and shopper engagement programs.
- Translate competitor observations into concise implications and recommended actions for customer activation planning.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to strengthen customer activation plans.
Process Excellence & Ways of Working
- Maintain campaign trackers, execution trackers, and activation documentation.
- Support budget tracking and campaign administration where required.
- Leverage digital and AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and execution efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of eB2C operating processes and governance.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English.
- At least 4 years of experience in Modern Trade, Trade Marketing, eCommerce, Sales Operations, or Campaign Management, preferably within FMCG.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Good understanding of Modern Trade operations, customer activation processes, omnichannel shopper journeys, and digital commerce fundamentals.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and execution risks.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of digital shelf execution and omnichannel customer touch points is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and willingness to use them to improve planning, tracking, reporting, and ways of working.
