Conduct Employee Engagement Survey, translate insights into communication and engagement initiatives
Internal Communication
Drive internal communication efforts to enhance employee engagement, reinforce organizational culture, and ensure consistent alignment between the company's internal and external employer brand
Draft, review internal memos, announcements, leadership messages to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement.
Act as a communication partner to Teams, ensuring key messages are delivered effectively & timely.
Employer Branding
Develop and implement employer branding strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment websites, and internal communication channels.
Strengthen the company's EVP through engaging content showcasing company culture, employee stories, and workplace experiences.
Coordinate career fairs, university partnerships, HR Awards and recruitment events to enhance the company's talent attraction efforts.
Others
Manage budget and ensure cost-effective implementation of activities.
Contribute to L&OD and HR projects as assigned
Prepare weekly reports, ad-hoc reports, and improvements related to EB & IC scope.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3-4 years of experience in Employee Engagement/Employer Branding/Internal Communication, or related fields.
Strong networking skill and organizing skill.
Skills in visual content creation and design with experience in tools such as Canva, PTS, AI, Capcut and other supporting tools.
Ability to coordinate campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, open minded, and self driven with strong time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
