Role Description
Swiss Co, an affiliate of CMB Regional Centers, is seekinga Regional Center Representativelocated inVietnam. This is a dynamic business development and client-facing role for a motivated professional passionate about U.S. immigration investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Regional Center to prospective EB-5 investors inVietnamand the surrounding region
- Build andmaintainrelationships with referral sources, including immigration attorneys, financial advisors, wealth managers, and real estate professionals
- Educate prospective clients on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, including investment requirements, project details, and the immigration process
- Guide clients through theinitialinquiry and subscription process, coordinating with the Regional Center's U.S.-based team
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to promote the Regional Center's projects
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EB-5 regulations, USCIS policy, andVietnamimmigration agency compliance requirements
- Providetimelyand professional follow-up with clients and referral partners
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of experience in immigration services, wealth management, financial services, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the U.S. EB-5 program is preferred; comprehensive training will be provided
- Excellent communication and presentation skills inVietnamese; Englishproficiencystrongly preferred
- Proventrack recordin client relationship management or business development
- High levelof professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
