We're looking for an E-learning Video Content Development Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for transforming training scripts and learning materials into engaging e-learning videos and digital learning content. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Learning & Development process and be highly capable of generating professional e-learning videos using AI-powered tools and e-learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand training objectives, learner profiles, and learning journeys to convert provided scripts into effective e-learning video content.

• Work closely with L&D teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to clarify training requirements, key messages, technical terms, and learning outcomes.

• Support the digitalization of training programs by turning text-based materials into structured, engaging, and learner-friendly e-learning videos.

• Develop video storyboards, slide structures, visual layouts, and learning flows based on approved training scripts.

• Generate and edit e-learning videos using AI tools and e-learning platforms such as Synthesia, Articulate, Canva, or similar tools.

• Arrange visuals, narration, subtitles, animations, effects, and interactive elements to enhance the learning experience.

• Ensure all e-learning videos are clear, accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with corporate learning standards.

• Support the creation of quizzes, assessments, and post-course learning activities when required.

• Manage production timelines for each learning module and ensure deliverables are completed within the project schedule.

Requirements:

• College or Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.

• 1–2 years of experience in e-learning content production, digital learning, L&D support, training content development, or video content creation.

• Good understanding of the L&D process, including training needs, learning objectives, content structure, learner engagement, and post-training assessment.

• Strong hands-on skills in generating e-learning videos using AI tools such as Synthesia, Canva, Articulate, or similar platforms.

• Ability to transform written training materials into engaging visual and video-based learning content.

• Good visual sense, content organization skills, and attention to detail.

• Basic English skills to understand training content, common L&D terms, and tool instructions.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with L&D teams and SMEs.

• Proactive, careful, responsible, and eager to learn new technologies and modern learning design methods.
