VinFast is seeking an E-learning Training Manager to lead the development and management of digital learning programs. This role is responsible for creating engaging training content, managing e-learning platforms, and producing high-quality training videos to support organizational capability building and corporate culture development.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and manage e-learning training programs aligned with company strategy and learning objectives.
Create and standardize training content, including digital courses, video-based learning, and micro-learning materials.
Lead or manage the production of training videos, including scripting, filming, editing, and quality control.
Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth operation and effective learner experience.
Monitor training effectiveness through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver appropriate learning solutions.
Ensure training content reflects VinFast's brand identity, values, and corporate culture.
Stay updated on digital learning trends, tools, and best practices.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Vietnamese nationality.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 35 years of experience in:
Training content development.
E-learning and digital learning solutions.
Training video production.
Proven experience working with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
Strong instructional design and content development skills.
Solid understanding of video production for training purposes.
Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Ability to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the retail industry.
Experience in corporate culture development or internal training programs.
Experience working in large-scale or fast-growing organizations.
