YOUR TASKS
Support the creation of engaging digital learning experiences for our global organization:
Perform basic video editing for training content.
Assist in creating and maintaining learning materials for virtual learning offers.
Apply instructional design principles using E-Learning authoring tools for standard e-learning modules.
Collaborate with SMEs and internal stakeholders to ensure content alignment and quality.
Prepare and upload e-learning content into the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy and functionality.
Provide technical support for learners and act as a point of contact for LMS-related questions.
Monitor and maintain existing e-learning content, making updates based on feedback and analytics.
Your Qualifications
University degree in Instructional Design, Engineering, Education, HR or comparable studies
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-learning conception and knowledge management for technical development projects or similar areas
Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMSs)
Basic proficiency in multimedia and graphic design for educational content, including video editing and graphic creation (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Very good knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, iSpring Suite) is an advantage
Experience with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g. Colossyan, Synthesia, MurfAI) is a plus
Fluent English skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly in an international and dynamic environment
