E-Learning Experience Tester & Production Associate

You'll be the first real learner through every course we build. Your job: test each one methodically, catch what's broken or confusing, and write clear, structured feedback that makes our courses genuinely excellent. Sharp eye, excellent English, and real curiosity required.

We're a small, focused team that builds fast and to a high standard, using the best tools in the field — Articulate, LearnDash, HeyGen, and AI like Claude. What you'll do

●     Work through every course we produce, screen by screen, exactly as a real learner would.

●     Test the UI, the UX, and the whole learning experience: Does it work Does it make sense Does it look and feel professional Is it engaging

●     Catch the problems — bugs, broken links, confusing navigation, unclear instructions, awkward interactions, anything that breaks the experience.

●     Write up your findings as clear, structured feedback — almost like user stories — that our team, and our AI tools, can act on directly.

●     Re-test after fixes to confirm they're truly resolved.

●     Over time, learn the production side and work alongside our lead course builder to help create the courses themselves.

What we're looking for

●     Excellent English, especially written. You'll test English-language courses and write feedback that has to be crystal clear. This is the single most important requirement.

●     Methodical and detail-oriented. You notice the small things other people miss, and you're thorough rather than rushed.

●     A clear, structured communicator. You can describe a problem, why it matters, and where it happens — simply and precisely.

●     Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools.

●     Genuinely curious about learning, education, and doing things well. A recent graduate from any field is welcome.

Nice to have (not required)

●     Any exposure to e-learning, EdTech, UX, design, QA, or content creation.

●     Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.

●     A second language (French is a plus given our clients).
