Responsibilities:
Responsibility 1: Daily Operations Issue Handling
- Monitor and resolve day-to-day operational issues across e-commerce processes including order processing, inventory synchronization, picking, packing, fulfillment and delivery status
- Collaborate with relevant departments (Customer Service, IT, Logistics) to address issues impacting customer experience
- Track and interpret key operational metrics including order fulfillment rate, order delay, cancellation rate and out-of-stock issues
- Perform regular checks to ensure accuracy of operational data across e-commerce systems
Responsibility 2: System Issue Handling
- Identify, receive and analyze system errors occurring during e-commerce operations such as order flow errors, inventory sync issues, payment failures and integration issues with OMS / DMS / Marketplace platforms
- Work closely with the IT team or vendors to determine root causes, provide necessary information and logs, and monitor issue resolution progress
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features or bug fixes prior to official deployment
Responsibility 3: Business Analysis
- Analyze operational system data to identify process gaps within e-commerce workflows and propose solutions to improve overall operational performance
- Participate in developing and optimizing processes related to order fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory management and customer experience
- Document and articulate business requirements for new system features and enhancements
- Collaborate with the IT team to support the implementation of system improvements and upgrades
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas: E-commerce operations; Digital commerce; Warehouse or fulfillment operations
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of e-commerce systems including OMS, DMS, CMS, and e-commerce platforms
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working with system workflows and business processes
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Logical thinking with a high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify
- Familiarity with omnichannel operations or fulfillment warehouse management
- Experience in writing SOPs or driving process improvement initiatives
