Position Summary
The Ecommerce Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of all online sales channels. This role is pivotal in driving online sales growth, driving digital presence and optimize conversion rates to maximize the impact of category growth. Liaise with Marketing team and Distributor team to ensure seamless execution of both internal and external operations. Maintain and retain a strong long-term relationship with E-commerce partners.
You will play an essential role to:
- Develop and manage comprehensive commerce strategies to achieve revenue.
- Work with brand/ digital marketing to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on ecommerce platforms and social commerce.
- Forecasting by monitoring sell-out and sell in rate as well as propose a replenishment plan based on stock availability.
- Listing of new products / services to customers to drive sales expansion.
- Maintain and retain long-term customer relationships with established partners.
- Support all merchandising efforts by identification of platform assets, liaison with E-commerce partners, and help with brand content creation.
- Support and liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of promotional activities, campaign activation and operations of both internal and external E-commerce platform/store.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to ecommerce sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Update visuals or contents on E-commerce platform/store which include store banners, store categorization, product thumbnail, product description and store layout.
- Monitor account performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and optimize ROI.
- Monitor and track competitor activities on all E-commerce platforms.
- Consolidate and manage total E-commerce reports to ensure all documentations and databases are up to date.
- Responsible to ensure that all E-commerce partners interaction with Vinda is conducted in a satisfactory manner.
- Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of E-commerce partner's business and processes.
- Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, shopper's feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related field
- At least 3 5 years of experience in similar role with proven experience in E-Commerce
- IT skill: MS office, Excel, Canva and Power point
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools
- Analytical skills, business planning, ecommerce expertise, data driven mindset, project management, take-ownership, high pressure
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve results in a competitive market environment
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Can work under flexi hour especially during campaign day
